4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

5. Payment Terms

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wineer+, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your Content or any content you submit through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
